On 21 April at 3:27pm our call centre received a call from Mr Oosthuizen. His vehicle broke down on the highway approximately 30km away from Vryburg and required a tow-in service.
The call centre contacted a tow-in service nearest to Mr Oosthuizen, however, the client could not identify exactly where he was situated on the highway, which caused the tow-in service provider to cancel the call out.
Mr Oosthuizen got into contact with one of our Mobility Club representatives, Leon Schoeman. Right away Leon was on the phone to our call centre and got a new tow-in service provider out. Within the hour, Mr Oosthuizen was greeted with a tow-in service, who managed to tow his vehicle to the nearest auto workshop and dropped Mr Oostuizhen off at a B&B.
During all of this Leon kept contact with Mr Oosthuizen and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Mr Oosthuizen’s employer was so grateful for the assistance that he personally thanked Leon for his assistance.
